A garden is more than its grass, and it wants someone who knows what they're looking at — what to cut, what to leave, and when. I do the borders, the shrubs, the hedges and the tidying, and I work with the plants rather than cutting everything back hard and hoping it recovers.
It's only ever me. Same face every visit, so I know your garden and I remember what I did last time. You're not booking a rota of different people — you're booking me.

Most jobs I can price straight off a couple of good photos. Occasionally I'll ask a follow-up question, or for a bigger job I'll confirm the exact price on the day once I can see it properly in person.
I take enquiries and book jobs year-round, but the cutting itself mostly happens in autumn and winter — once nesting season's finished, hedges are heading into dormancy, and that's the right time for the plant as well as for the birds.
